TeamNL Expo and Innovation Parade

Even before the Olympic flame for the Tokyo Summer Games was lit, the Japanese and Dutch were already active at an Olympic level. Since June 2021, various Japanese and Dutch parties have come together digitally at the TeamNL Expo, virtually designed around the island of Deshima. The business platform, which is made possible thanks to contributions from Papendal, NOC*NSF and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stimulates international cooperation in particular within the water-energy-food and high-tech and vitality nexus.

The interactive pop-up book 'Innovation Parade' offers a glimpse into innovations that have come about through Japanese-Dutch collaboration.
