The launch of the SportsNL platform

We are proud to look back at the launch of the new sports platform 'SportsNL' from 8 October 2020.

To set up this public-private platform, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs worked closely with various partners from the Dutch sports sector. The aim of this platform is to optimally use the power of sport in trade, diplomacy, innovation, knowledge exchange and social initiatives. SportsNL strives for a strategic international sports agenda in which various international projects and collective activities are reflected. This includes a number of outgoing and incoming trade missions and social projects where sports play a the key role, and the preparation for major sports events such as the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.
